Firefox 136.0 lost all of my saved Firefox Multi-Account Container settings. How do I regain and reinstall them from a backup?

Firefox 136.0 update is causing so many issues. I'm getting non stop Firefox master password prompts when I use Firefox now. I've tried all sorts of trouble shooting with no luck. I gave Firefox a "tune up" and "Refreshed" it and it deleted all my "Firefox Multi-Account Container settings". I had a ton of websites saved there and would like to get them back. How can I regain my "Firefox Multi-Account Container settings"and reinstall them from a recent TimeMachine backup? Thanks!
