I have not been able to log in to homedepot.com for more than two weeks.
I have used Firefox for many years and have occasionally had log in problems, but never as long as this one. I have been trying to log in to www.homedepot.com for more than two weeks and when I try, nothing happens. Home Depot says it is a Firefox problem....can you help. I have cleared cache and cookies and still have the same problem.

You can also try Refreshing Firefox. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/refresh-firefox-reset-add-ons-and-settings
What OS? What version of Firefox? What error are you seeing when you try to login?
