You need to show us something. Post screenshots of your issue and provide steps to replicate.

Thank you for trying to assist. Screenshot attached.

to be clear it is vinted.com/ vinted.co.uk and not Vintied.com as I've spelt it in the subject(!)

Along with this screen, sometimes it will load but the website is disfunctional (shows me my old outdated messages in inbox instead of new) and then says 'sorry, we're having a problem'.

Does that help at all?

Website occasionally starts to work but then shows me my out of date messages in inbox. Throws me messages saying 'sorry, we're having a problem'.

Works in Safari fine in same user profile.

I should also add I'm using a Macbook Air Apple M3 8GB.

It's my employers laptop.

I have installed a migrated separate User profile from my personal mac so that I can do personal stuff on my employers laptop without having to use my work user profile.

I'm wondering if my employer is someone causing the problem? We use Tailscale to access a security camera network. I always make sure Tailscale is not 'active' when I don't need it (including whilst I'm trying to access Vinted.co.uk). However, Tailscale still says I'm 'logged in'.

Does that help at all?

Work... oh boy... ;-/ What are your proxy settings? see screenshot Did you try it off your jobs network / vpn? Did you try it on your personal computer from home? How about testing it while your computer is connected to your phones hotspot. Did you try with Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#w_how-to-start-firefox-in-4troubleshoot-modesf5safe-modesf Did you clear your browser cache? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/clear-cookies-and-site-data-firefox Site works for me. see screenshot

Thank you!

What are your proxy settings? Just changed them as per your instruction. Did you try it off your jobs network / vpn? Using on my home network. VPN (tailscale turned off - to my knowledge) and I have only been using it on my own network at home Did you try it on your personal computer from home? Yes, works fine on Firefox there.

How about testing it while your computer is connected to your phones hotspot. This solved the issue but I can't understand why? Personal computer working fine on my home connection

Did you try with Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode? Yes, problem still there. Did you clear your browser cache? Cleared for vinted.com and vinted.co.uk - doesn't solve issue

Thank you for your help.

Did all of those.

The only one that helped was personal hotspotting, which fixed the issue. Strange because my other personal mac is running on the same network in the same set up (Firefox) with no issues. Only difference is that this one is on my work computer (migrated mac user profile from my personal computer) and that Tailscale is installed.

Any ideas?

If you try it under a different user on the work computer and have the same issue, then it's some setting some where on the work computer. Good luck
