kd7jhw, unfortunately I am unaware of a straightforward way to do this.

One possible method for duplicating a window is to first duplicate all its tabs in the same window, and then move the original tabs to a new window. To do this:

  • right-click a tab in the tabs bar (the bar is usually at the top of the screen)
  • select "Select All Tabs"
  • right-click the same tab
  • select "Duplicate Tabs"
  • right-click the same tab
  • select "Move Tabs" then "Move to New Window"

Just make sure not to switch tabs, or do anything else inbetween steps.

You can also make a feature request for simpler window duplicating by following the "Share Ideas and Feedback" link in the help menu.
