Hi DavidGG. Thanks for the reply and help. Yes I did have message filters. I deleted all the filters and TB is functioning normal again, downloading to the the Inbox and staying put. I appreciate the troubleshooting help and your expertise to recognize what was happening.

Is there an antivirus program in the mix there, trend perhaps?

This sounds like a message filter not working as expected to me… Do you have any Message Filters?
