According toy your more system details on right your UserAgent appears to be Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/115.0

NT 6.1 is Windows 7

Firefox 116.0 and later including the current Release requires Windows 10, 11 to run.
