Hi, is this problem on a Mac/PC? You should be able to download a "full" installer (whether that is a DMG file for Mac or a .exe file for Windows) from:

https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/#product-desktop-release

You posted with a iPhone user agent. Do you want to install Firefox on such a mobile device?

If you are using Firefox on iPhone or iPad then I see why you are getting the telling you download Firefox message, as it will occur when you try to install a Firefox extension from say addons.mozilla.org.

The Firefox extensions are only available for Firefox on desktop (Windows, Linux, macOS) and Firefox for Android.
