tabbing through tabs with key strokes

So, in MS Edge key strokes Ctrl + Tab move through all open tabs in that browser! Firefox has a mouse wheel up/down, but that fails to "REFRESH" tabs! So, how do I "Peruse through tabs with key strokes"?

Hi Kevin, you can set Ctrl+Tab to work either in recently accessed order or in sequential order. On the Settings page, this is on the General panel under Tabs, "Ctrl+Tab cycles through tabs in recently used order."

Can you get that working the way you prefer?
