Youtube crashing the tab

This is a fun one, every time I open Youtube on a normal window it crashes the tab. If I manage to hit a video before it crashes, the video will load for a few seconds and then crash the tab.

BUT! This is only if I am logged into my Google account and if I am not on a private browser. Even if I'm logged into Google on a private browser it will work fine.

I have disabled all my extensions and plugins, added them one by one, and there doesn't seem to be a correlation there. All my extensions and plugins are currently working on my Private tabs as well. I am stumped on this. Any help would be appreciated.
