When I log in into my browser e-mail accout, I have those subfolders like 'communities' or 'notifications'. Recently I have discovered that messages from thsoe folders are not downloaded to the Thunderbird. How can I fix it?

Assuming this is an IMAP account, highlight the account in left column, rightclick and select 'subscribe' and tick the other folders.
