Hello, I have a problem with subfolders. I created a few on my account, but they are not visible. When I go to the email application on my phone (samsung email), they are visible. please help me with this problem

Chosen solution

If your account is POP, they will not be visible. If the account is IMAP, you may need to highlight account name on main screen, rightclick and select 'subscribe' to activate the new folders.

Yes, my account is IMAP, I had to subscribe to subfolders, thank you very much for your help! :)
