images are not loading in email

I use Xfinity for email and Firefox to connect to my Xfinity account. Images in my emails do not load. I've looked for help articles on how to fix this but I haven't found the solution. If I click the link in my Xfinity email that says "Open to see in browser" everything loads fine. All other web pages show images without problems. Only my email.
