I was recommended by PlusNet to use Thunderbird so I can receive emails on my computer (Windows10). I managed to download Thunderbirds and start the process of setting up email, but guess I have got some settings wrong. Can you help me please?

I've been with PlusNet for five years and never got their e-mail to work AT ALL, even on their own webmail thing. Things may have changed since I last tried of course.
