Thunderbird says downloading 1 of 214 then sometimes 2 then 3 then 4 but always stops before 6 and no new messages have been displayed since 5:27pm yesterday.

mailbox-message://Admin%40AlanG.us@outlook.office365.com/Inbox#91795 last msg in inbox

Tried rebooting system also tried closing Tbird before the reboot and again after testing after the reboot twice now but still same as since yesterday afternoon.

Any ideas would be welcome am using web based Outlook to access new mail without issue but dislike the interface.

Thanks, Alan.

That message you are showing in the image is from your antivirus. It is also probably the reason you are not getting mail. Try disabling it's email scanning features. They have a long history of dropping the ball when they encounter a malformed email (which is usually but not always spam) and everything just stops. Remove the scanner and everything just works again.
