testing This looks bigger then the actual size of the letters. They are miniature.

They are supposed to.
I went in my settings to increase the size of the outgoing letters and it did not seem to increase the letter size it made the writing bolder.

You are not making any sense with this. Incoming new mail is bold until you click on it. that was asked and answered. This next thing appears out of left field and I for one don't get the relationship.
