My outlook email account got deleted this morning, suddenly. I tried reinstating it but it brought back old data. Old folders that were empty. This is a business account and I need it back ASAP.

How do I get it synced correctly to pull in all the correct data? This has never happened before. I"m at a total loss and need this information.

Is this a POP or IMAP account?
