There are some pop-ups I cannot stop. Naturally, I have clicked “stop pop-ups” in the Privacy and Security section of Firefox Settings. That has worked but not quite. I keep getting some “via l-itineraire.com”. That’s a website I used during a recent holiday in France. So I installed Block Site. That has an option called “Block a new host name”. I entered “l-itineraire.com.” and clicked Add. This has had no effect. The pop-ups still arrive from them. I know there’s an option to open the website and get into the Firefox toolbar, but that’s defeated me. Yes I managed to get to click Menu, but not beyond. Anyway, that should not be necessary – after all I’ve clicked no pop-ups.
