Unable to connect to specific web site
I keep getting the message "The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.
Your support ID is: 8011674450284568349", when I try to go to the bcbsri web site. I have tried clearing the cache and site data multiple times and restarting the computer, without having any luck. it occurs on both Firefox and Google browsers.

What is your location? Can you access the website via a VPN with an exit node in a different country?
I noticed this older Nationwide outage at service provider message.
