Can't run or install Firefox after converting boot drive from MPR to GPT

The title says it all. I converted my boot drive from MBR to GPT using "MBR2GPT.EXE /convert /allowFullOS" so that I could enable Secure Boot, etc. and upgrade to Win 11. Well, it converted to GPT, and it boots, but Win 10 now crashes every 10 min and I can't run, or uninstall, or install Firefox. H E L P !!
