App sign in

I am trying to check in for a flight I have this afternoon on Delta Airlines. When I attempt to sign into the app, I receive a message from Mozilla that says "Open in app? Your activity may no longer be private." What does that mean? Is it safe to click "open"? Or should I cancel? And if I cancel, how can I check in?

Hi

Firefox is asking if you want to open the Delta Airlines app that may be installed on your Android device. If you select open, you should be transferred to that app.

What does "Your activity may no longer be private" mean? Does that mean it is possible for information to be stolen while the app is open?

It means that your browsing in Firefox for Android is subject to enhanced tracking protection (assuming you have that enabled). By moving to another app outside of Firefox, you will not have that.
