Feature Request: Creating new local folders

I often want to move a mail from my inbox to one of the Local Folders I've created. I find that the Right Click > Move To > Recent list is very helpful.

BUT... sometimes I need a brand new folder e.g. I have a list of companies that I correspond with, and might need a new folder for that company. When I create that new folder, it'd be great if that could get pushed into the 'Recent' list or even to the 'Move to [folder name] Again option for quickness.

NB I tried to find an option for creating feature requests, but could not. Would happily repost this if pointed in the right direction; or if some savvy person would like to do so, I'm equally happy with that :-)
