Youtube videos do not align correctly when going fullscreen first time after startup

This does not occur in Edge. It happens every time I start up my computer. Exiting and re-entering fullscreen fixes the issue. It only started happening after I did a platform upgrade to AM5 with a new motherboard, CPU and RAM.
