On the bookmark scrolling bug in Firefox 110 (Bug 1809084 bookmarks menus intermittently reset their scrollbox position to the top) Firefox 110.0.1 was just released but it doesn't include a fix.

On going back to an older version, we don't recommend downgrading Firefox. See Install an older version of Firefox for more information.
