firefox for ios displays wrong favicons in version 110

After upgrading firefox for ios to version 110 on my ipad pro the favicons for many of the tabs are incorrect. For example, a tab for weather.gov is showing the favicon for the weather channel. Is anyone else having this problem? Is there a fix for it?
