My passwords are different in my Windows and Iphone versions of Firefox. How do I make sure they are all up to date please? Many thanks - this causes me lots of problems when I am travelling. Tony Dearsley

Sync only has one Primary password to sync across devices. You need to log off all the device and re-login with only the Primary firefox account so they sync correctly.

Are you syncing the logins between desktop and the iPhone? Is Sync otherwise working properly ?
