Firefox does not open on MacOS 13.2

2020 Macbook Pro (Intel) on Ventura 13.2, Firefox version 109.0.1. Firefox opens and immediately closes. I cleared all Firefox/Mozilla folders in /Library and ~/Library and fresh Firefox install. Does not open still and does not create any crash logs (~/Library/Application Support/Firefox). Please any troubleshooting steps I can take.
