I am sorry but I do not believe that Apple supports that device and as such it may not be possible to install apps from the App Store.

The curremt iOS version supported on iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus is iOS 15.7.3, released January 23, 2023 according to Wikipedia so current Firefox should still be able to install based in iOS version.
