accidently deleted firefox and email address i cant access anymore

HI, i deleted my firefox while cleaning up, had 2 downloaded for some reason. All of my toolbar and saved stuff is gone! I thought it had it synced but its going to my old email at a company i dont work for anymore. Any way to recover this? And thanks! Tom

Nothing can be done here anymore that is considered a lost account and one has to create a new one and move on. Reset uses the registered email to confirm changes and since access is gone there nothing anyone on here can do to help. Sync works with the registered email login as well so no access no sync to the data. Remember sync isn't used for backup it only syncs data across devices the original data is stored on the computer that had the data.

If you use the Time Machine or other backup then try to restore file(s) from this backup.
