I switched back to Firefox, and got a new smartphone, but I am running out of 10 digit backup codes. I looked through the profile and security section, and could not find a link on how to get new ones. I feel that Firefox is a more stable and secure browser, but I need those backup codes in case I need to reset things again.

Account lockout issues isn't something Firefox End user forum can help with and if all the recovery methods fail then you need to create a new account and insure nothing missing the next time.

In case of issues try to login to the Firefox Account via this website.

If this is about 2FA recovery keys then you can disable and possibly re-enable 2FA to generate a new QR code to initialize the authenticator app on the new mobile device. If you still have access to the old device and used the Google Authenticator then you can use that app to transfer the codes to the new mobile device.
