I'm trying to sync my desktop to a laptop and Firefox to send the link to an old email that I can't access. How do I fix that? I changed my email in my profile months ago.

Email account has nothing to do with Firefox account other it's used for login and password reset and sync. If you lost email access there nothing Firefox forum can do about that. You create a new Firefox account with a free email service that won't lockout such as gmail so you can get reset when needed.
