I'm trying to add a new filter, I've done it before OK. But now the pop-up box is small and I can't enlarge it or complete all the options for a new filter. Is there a bug in the new release?

Start in safe/troubleshoot mode (hold Shift when launching), check 'Reset toolbars & controls' & 'Make changes & restart'. Any difference?
