The title bar buttons have different colors than the rest of the theme

Hello! I have a problem with my title bar buttons. No matter which theme I put on, they always have a different color than the rest of the theme (as you can see in the attached image). I tried searching for a solution, but nothing works. I tried troubleshooting, messing with the code (userChrome.css), but it's pointless. Maybe I did something wrong?
