I have been having troubles with Firefox for the last couple of months. Problem seems to have started when I downloaded a beta version of Thunderbird. My Firefox has been sporadic, sometimes loading, sometimes not. Today I was using Firefox without incident and suddenly it stopped working. I could not reopen Firefox. I restarted my computer numerous times. I could not get Firefox to reopen. I have now deleted Firefox from my computer and cannot reinstall Firefox from the Mozilla website. The Install box pops up and it says Firefox will open shortly.....nothing happens. The install just locks up. What is going on? I love Firefox, but this is really getting me frustrated. Used for years without issues until recently. I have McAfee running constantly on the computer, can't believe it is malware. I don't open anything unless I am certain of the source. As I mentioned above, the only app I have downloaded is Thunderbird. Maybe coincidence, but all the problems started at that time. Using Windows 10, Dell computer.
