Why is incognito a seperate window

To the get to the point, simply put the firefox incognito window is not in the same (from what I can best describe) lane as a normal window. How do i reverse this, because this frustrates me more than I would have thought

Currently there is only an about:config configuration parameter for this: browser.privateWindowSeparation.enabled=false.
