Assistance with importing additional email folders/configuring an IMAP account

more options

I am currently in the process of importing my emails to Thunderbird. I am unable to configure an account on Thunderbird via the IMAP method despite the correct SSL information being put in, I am constantly met with 'Unable to log in at server' (POP configuration was successful but I am only able to view the emails from my inbox, and can't view my other folders). Please may you advise further on this? Thank you.

Hi Stans,

Thank you for your response. My email service provider is Pipeten

Incoming server ports: IMAP Secure SSL: 993 Standard: 143

Outgoing mail server ports: Secure SSL: 465 Standard: 25 Standard Alternative: 587

None of these combinations work, however, as mentioned the POP server ports worked successfully. (But, I need to configure an IMAP mailbox as I couldn't import my other folders via the POP method)
