Is there way to semi automate repetitive task like outlook quick steps.

e.g. in Outlook i can set up "quick step" that upon single button press does following:

  1. sends copy to given address
  2. marks as important
  3. marks with label
  4. moves to selected folder
  5. add as task into task list

i tried searching but could not find add-on or other way.
