Internet connection appears to be offline for Firefox Focus
Since yesterday afternoon, Firefox Focus, on both my iPhone and iPad, tells me “The Internet connection appears to be off-line.“ This happens for every website I try to access. My home network IS offline (since AT&T buried my new fiber cable yesterday afternoon), so my iPhone and iPad are both running on (Verizon) cellular data, with their Wi-Fi turned off. EVERY other browser connects just fine (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, DuckDuckGo). It’s only Focus, on these two devices, that suddenly can’t find a connection.
I’ve successfully used Firefox Focus for years without incident. Both devices are current, running Firefox Focus 105.0, with the iPhone on iOS 15.6.1 and the iPad on iOS 15.7. I tried shutting down and restarting the iPad, but it made no difference. I’d welcome any advice or help. Thanks.
