shortcut for opening link in new tab after current just once

Hi,

I have browser.tabs.insertAfterCurrent and browser.tabs.insertRelatedAfterCurrent set to false because this is what best suits my needs in most cases. However, there are some occasions when I'd like to open some links in a new tab after the current one and not at the end. Is there a way, shortcut/addon/anything I could achieve this?
