Hi Raquel, how far do you get and is there a specific error message displayed? Here's what I mean:

I assume you play Farmville on Facebook, or maybe a different website. Does any of the page load -- how far does it get before you see an error message? If there is an error message, could you copy/paste the text of it into a reply here (https://support.mozilla.org/questions/1390726 -- not by email)?

If it's not a message, could you explain what part is not working? For example, some images do not load, keys don't work, login is denied, etc. Thanks.
