hi firefox support pls need help , for some reason my firefox wont play videos just youtube but other than that no i tried secure brose restar reintall erasing cookies and extension nothing seems to be the solution

Are you using a N or KN edition of Windows 10? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/fix-video-audio-problems-firefox-windows
