Slow download speed on browser

Hello, I have noticed that the slowest way to download anything on my PC is through a browser, what I mean by that is when I download a game for example through steam I the download speed is between 200 to 350 Mb/s (25 to 44 MB/s) but when I am downloading anything using the browser the maximum I get is 20 Mb/s (2.5 MB/s), so I was wondering, is there any way to make it faster and just not less than 10% of my internet speed?
