I presume you are talking about 'folders'.

Is the folder you want to delete in a pop or imap mail account ?

If imap: Right click on mail account name folder and select 'Subscribe' Select the folder you want to remove and click on 'Unsubscribe' Click on 'OK'

Then logon to webmail account and delete the folder.
