Website tool not working with Firefox, works with anything else. Any way to get aroud it?

So, for my work, I use a website with a built-in design tool for analyzing roof shading. The website hosting it is Aurora Solar. On any other browser, it works fine, but on Firefox, rather than displaying an image, it just shows blank white. I've tried asking the tool's support, but their only suggestion was using a different browser, which I'd like not to have to do if I can help it. I've disabled all extensions for the site and cleared the cache to no avail. Is there anything else I can try?

It would help us help you if you provide links, steps to replicate, and screenshots comparing Firefox with a browser that displays the site correctly.
