when i go to write and file to try and add a new address bonk contact i get a little box that says loading with an x look in browse i am sending you a snip it photo. I uninstalled thunderbird and reinstalled and change password and nothing helps now i did run Glary utilities and CCleaner but did not have Thunderbird in there i do not think please help and if at all possible if someone can remote connect
