I've been having problems with printing a label. The print is too big to fit on the paper. If I use another browser, it comes out fine.

I've been having problems with printing labels from my website.The print is too big to fit on the paper. I have been printing labels for years. If I use another browser, it comes out fine. I already refreshed Firefox and also "cleared the saved print settings" via the button on the "Help -> More Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page. Nothing works. I am ready to switch to Chrome if it is not fixed. Thank you for your help.
