Firefox was working well on my iPhone until about 1-2 months ago (release 100 maybe?) after which time it was suddenly very slow in specific scenarios. Anytime I open a new tab, I cannot move focus to the URL bar or type anything for probably 5-6 seconds. What I type usually does show up eventually. It seems like maybe it is loading something? I tried clearing my cache and offline website data which may have helped some but the behavior is still present and noticeable. I’ve also started experiencing crashes, for example when scrolling the tabs window and recently when I had the Data Management settings window open. I tried closing old (inactive and active) tabs: closing active tabs did not help, and closing an inactive tab takes probably 10-15 seconds to respond to the Delete tap. This never happened previously, so I’m guessing it was something to do with an update. Other browsers I’ve tried do not do this. Thanks – M
