I leave Gmail open all day in my Firefox browser and check it multiple times an hour - yet at least once a day, Firefox crashes - I get a message saying I'm "not connected." I can't sign into Gmail again until at least 15 minutes have passed, usually longer. In addition, Gmail is extremely slow to open in the morning when I first open Firefox - like security features are being set up that take a long, long time. Google Chrome, on the other hand, immediately opens Gmail for me, though I do get a message saying my connection isn't secure. (Hence my conclusion that security features are slowing Firefox down.) Is there some fix for this? Because I'm pretty much ready to ditch Firefox and use Chrome. Thank you.
