Hi, I lost my address book with the new upgrade. Under one help file I found how to get to the profiles but I do not see one that shows the address book. I have added two screen shots. I hope they can give a clue to what has happened and how I can fix. I am NOT well educated in this and use old W7 so your understanding is much appreciated. Sylvia
