I have tried restarting, rebooting, reinstalling, and deleting anything in every directory I can find for Thunderbird or Mozilla. After several attempts to reinstall using different ideas I had to reinstall version 78.1.1 because that is the only one I had. It did load Version 91.13.1 (64-bit) which is a little puzzling. I have three computers running version 91.13.1 and all three have the same problem. One is 32 bit. Has anyone else had this problem?

On restart, the missing items were back.
