inability to send email with Thunderbird, Receives mail fine

I have a new laptop computer, HP pro 640 G2 running Linux mint 20.3. I have Thunderbird ver 91.9.1 installed on it. It will receive emails from Spectrum using RoadRuner but I cannot send emails. Attached is a screen shot of my server settings.

I can go to the web site for The roadrunner account and send and receive emails. I also have an older Lenovo thinkpad running Linux Mint 20.1 with the same version of Thunderbird. On this computer the email program works just fine. The screenshot is identical.

I set the computers side by side and went through all the screens on the account settings and made sure they were identical. I do not have anti virus on the computers and I turned off the firewall.

After all this the HP computer still will not send email. The little window that pops up with the blue line just sits there untill I cancel the send.

Help please.
